Returns & Exchange Policy
Your happiness means the world to us. If something arrives less than perfect, please let us know right away—we’re always happy to take a look
During warmer months, candies may arrive slightly softened or melted. They’ll still taste just as delicious, but please keep this in mind when ordering.
Each of our candies is 100% handmade, which means no two are exactly alike. Variations in shape, size, or appearance are part of the charm of small-batch candy and are not considered defects eligible for refund.
Submitting a Claim
If you need to submit a claim, please email us within 3 business days of receiving your order and include:

A photo of the outside of the shipping box (to help us assess carrier handling)

Clear photos of the product in question
In some cases, we may ask that the product be returned to us for further inspection. Please note that empty bags or boxes are not eligible for refund.

We’ll review your request and get back to you within a couple of business days at most.
A Few Important Notes

Products that have been eaten cannot be refunded

Products kept for more than 3 business days after delivery are not eligible for claims

Items not purchased directly from our website or shop must be returned to the place of purchase
Once your claim has been reviewed, we’ll email you to let you know if it’s been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to process once approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t seen your refund yet, we recommend:

Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
