General Shipping Information

We do our best to keep everything in stock, but availability can vary. If an item you ordered isn’t available, we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

Delivery Time

After placing your order, we’ll share an estimated delivery time to give you a general idea of when your sweet treats will arrive. Shipping timelines begin once your order leaves our hands, not the day it’s placed, and are meant as a helpful guide.

We do our very best to prepare and ship orders within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We don’t ship on weekends, as that’s when we’re dreaming up our next batches.

Delivery times can vary based on location, carrier, shipping method, and order details.

Shipping Methods

We provide the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping Costs

We currently offer a flat rate of $15 CAD. FREE shipping is available for orders over $100 CAD.

Express shipping is a flat rate of $25 CAD.

Deliveries

We do offer deliveries within 30km of Innisfail Alberta for a flat rate of $10 CAD.

Market Pick-Up (Free)

Choose this option if you’d like to pick up your order at one of my markets instead of having it shipped.

After placing your order, please email me to let me know which market you’ll be attending for pick-up.

In your email, please include your order number and the market date so I can have your handmade treats ready for you.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged Packaging

Because our candy is handmade, it can be a bit fragile. We carefully package every order to protect it on its journey to you. If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please reach out to us immediately at AlbasSinfulDelights@gmail.com

Warm weather can sometimes cause candy to soften or melt. While we can’t control the heat once it leaves our hands, selecting an express shipping option can help your sweets arrive in their best condition.
